Description:  Usually carries an aloof expression.

Backstory: Lady Luck seems to have a crush on Joe, so much so that she married him and changed his first name. Not legally, of course, after a short and brutal divorce left him with few belongings and no money; he didn't get to keep much as a matter of fact. He did get to keep the luck as a parting gift, however, and as his first name.

Since everything seemed to go his way he didn't have to pay much attention to those around him, so he started doing the most dangerous stuff he could to keep himself entertained in the vault and to test the limits of his luck. Dynamite was a good start, but he blew up nearly everything he owned. Luckily, he didn't lose any limbs, and he kept food on the table by playing (read: winning) Caravan games (by sheer luck of course). He used to have lots of money since his ancestors were the first to be lucky and well endowed with gambled wealth; in fact, they actually stumbled into the Vault at the last moment by sheer luck, seeing as they were just coming back from a good day at the casino. It's a shame that the one moment of bad luck he had in his life cost him most of everything he owned.
