The First Ring

"I'll take leather boots, thanks." Jaeger says while pulling out 5g.

"wonderful." replies the shopkeeper.

Annabeth pulls up her hood and moves to blend into the shadows, watching for any suspicious figures.

Zumaoriridoka takes a moment to practice with his new staff, swinging it around, spinning it, and getting a feel for its weight and size.

"I'd like a rough hide gauntlet and boot please" says Lenrasec, clearly displeased at his inability to afford leather.

After the pure Aasimar and Tieflings were created, there were elves, humans, and the beast races.
Though the Patriarchs of these races were created by the gods.

Annabeth notices no suspicious people.

"Alrighty." says the shop-keep.

Annabeth plays with Scaley's claws, in the shadows.

Jaeger equips his leather boots, and rummages around his inventory for a moment before pulling out a gauntlet and a pink gem. He notices the gauntlet has a hole in it the exact shape the gem has. Curiosity taking over, he inserts the gem into the slot.

Lenrasec looks to see Jaeger fiddling with his gauntlet and walks over. "What have you got there?"

Annabeth grows impatient quickly. She grabs up Scaley and walks over to Bruce, "Here, I'm going to go ahead. Watch him as if your life depends on it... because it does." With that, she moves to scout out the road ahead.

Zumao keeps a close eye on Scaley, and decides to chat with him.  "How's it going with Annabeth?"

When Jaeger inserts the gem into the socket, the gauntlet lights up and a wave of pink energy wraps around it. (enhances one of your skills, though you know not which one)

Annabeth notices little on her scouting venture.

Through telepathy scaley says, "I have no malcontent for her, though I don't suspect the same from her."

"No idea. I found it on a goblin that attacked me some time ago." Jaeger replied before looking curiously at the energy surrounding the gauntlet, "Well, here goes nothing." He says before equipping the gauntlet.

"More magic? I've heard of enchantments that fit in armor, but I've never seen one." Lenrasec watches, curious to know the exact properties of the now infused gauntlet.

Annabeth begins juggling her swords out of boredom.

Zumaoriridoka replies: "I think she likes you. Just so long as you don't turn back into Horill."

After equipping the gauntlet, the gem begins resonating with Jaegers bow, which also has a pink outline now.

Lerasec notices that this is different than Maladon's magical items.

"Wow, that's pretty neat, although the pink is a bit girly. Why don't we test to see what it does?"

"Hey, it's not pink. It's a uh...lightish red color. But sure, let's test it. Any training dummies around here?"

Annabeth contemplates how she is going to kill her party members for wasting so much time... as she tosses her swords higher and higher into the air.

The monk sits down cross legged with the staff across his lap, beginning to meditate.

Lenrasec and Jaeger arrive at a training dummy.

Lenrasec turns to Jaeger. "We'd best hurry, I imagine Annabeth and the monk are getting impatient. I do want to see this bow in action though."

Jaeger nods and turns toward the dummy. He preps an arrow, and uses his Overdraw.

As Jaeger prepares for his shot, a glimmer of light appears on the tip of his arrow. Loosing the arrow yields a large hole in the training dummy's upper torso, as if a screw was forcibly ripped out.
